October - Gratitude
Updated: Nov 2, 2020

This global pandemic has taught us to be thankful for everyday blessings.
This October join us as we appreciate the little things in life and how gratitude can help we be better than we used to be!

If you and your family are safe, healthy and have food on the table during this global pandemic, you are luckier than millions of people around the world!
Be grateful for the little things.

The spontaneous feeling of sudden Gratitude, generated from within, is an affirmation of goodness and warmth.
This social emotion strengthens relationships, and its roots run deep in evolutionary history—emanating from the survival value of helping others and being helped in return.

As the month for Gratitude ends, we hope you have learnt to give thanks for the little blessings in life!
People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.
